Had perfectly pleasant experience, overall high quality and quiet place.

Location: the hotel was really close to Modena and Verona, and the main bus station. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Il Mandorlo in Fiore that was only 15 minutes' walk away. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was local.

Huge tidy room, a seating area, a writing desk, and a sofa were appreciated. I had a fine stay here and will definitely go again next time.

Huge and big size units with a queen bed as well as a big bath, and the staff were very-very nice! The service offered was friendly.

Unfortunately, the building is noisy. Delivery was started very early and our room was aligned to this.

We didn't think that breakfast had to be paid extra! Also not ok that the overnight stay price was booked 6 months in advance! A price of 149,- €, without breakfast, is too high!

We had a comfortable stay with attentive staff who allowed us to bring our pets. The room was clean and well-presented, and the breakfast had a good variety. Also, the hotel had ample parking and was located conveniently close to the autostrada.

The hotel is surrounded by a nice park and has a non-payment parking available for guests.

There is not much to see around the hotel, as it is located in an industrial zone.

For a short stay it is very good, you can also park with trucks there in the business park. Very good breakfast, room clean and beds very good.

From the highway easy to reach, good facilities, friendly staff, all speak English, good but expensive restaurant.

We had an excellent one-night stay at a hotel in an industrial zone. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. We didn't have to leave the hotel in the evening as the Osteria provided one of the best dining experiences we had in Italy. The friendly staff shared their knowledge and passion for the region's food and wine. Despite some background noise from families with children, the overall experience was a winner.
